Terms & Conditions

General

  • Property is rented as whole premise.
  • Smoking is prohibited with our premise.
  • No pets are permitted into the premise
  • Check-in time is after 1400 Hrs and Check-out time is by 1100 Hrs. Early Check-in and late Check-out area based on availability.
  • 24 hour front desk service is not available. Kindly advise us on your estimated time of arrival in order for us to facilitate your check-in. Otherwise please contact +6012 374 6916 at least one hour prior to your arrival.

 

Booking & Cancellation

  • Rates mentioned are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
  • Prepayment for full duration of stay is required at time of booking.
  • 100% prepayment will be refunded in the event of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival.
  • For cancellation less than 7 days notification, guests are allowed to choose an alternative arrival date. (excluding peak and super peak periods)
  • Prepayment will not be refunded for non-arrival or no-show.

 

Charges

  • Additional RM200 to be paid as a security deposit and is refundable on checkout.
  • We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the homestay’s property or structure, and  cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. Should the fact that the item is missing, and damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
